Every case study must demonstrate a measurable outcome. Not a vague statement about transformation — a specific result, quantified where possible. What changed, and by how much.

Procurement pathway documented

Each case study records how the solution was procured — G-Cloud, direct award, competitive tender. Other buyers need to know they can replicate the journey, not just the result.

Editorial-led, transparent

Editorial selection is based on the quality and verifiability of outcomes. Proven Public may include partner-supported content in future, but this will always be clearly labelled and kept separate from editorial coverage.
